Ingredients:
- 400g of lady fingers biscuit
- 400g of mascarpone
- 3/4 eggs
- 100g of sugar
- 3/4 cup of coffee
- Cocoa powder
- Vermouth
Direction:
- Mix sugar and egg yolks until it turns to cream in a bold
- Fold the egg whites and add it to the bold
- Add the mascarpone in the bold
- Soak the biscuits lightly in the coffee
- Place the cookies in a rectangle plate and cover in layers with the mascarpone, egg and sugar mixture
- Alternate the layers
- The last layer should be the cream
- Add the cocoa powder on top
- Serve it cold and enjoy.
