Ingredients:
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of water
- A pinch of salt
- 1 egg and 1 yolk of an egg
Directions:
- Preheat your oven at 375 degree Fahrenheit.
- Boil your water, butter and salt in a saucepan. When it is boiled, remove it from the heat and add the flour.
- Mix everything with a wooden spoon until your dough doesn’t stick the saucepan and become a smooth ball.
- Put back your saucepan on the stove at a low heat and mix it for 2 minutes.
- Let it cool a little bit and add your eggs one at the time and don’t stop stirring while you add your eggs.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put your pastry in a pastry bag and make ball.
- Put your baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake it for 30 minutes.
