The Dove- STYLE+CARE Frizz-Proof cream serum Review

I’ve been looking for a product that tame my frizz, make my hair shine and look healthy but instead I discovered a new product in the market that isn’t that bad. It is the Dove Style+Care Frizz-Proof cream serum.
It does nourish the hair and make your hair shine but what happens to me it makes my hair way too greasy and after the application my hair becomes flat. The first time, I thought maybe I put too much or I put it on dry hair but it turns out better when you do with damp hair.
Overall this product is good. It smells good, the consistent is creamy, it makes your hair shine and nourish it. I would give this product a 3.5/5. The only thing I didn’t like about it was it makes my hair greasy and looked flat.
I hope this review helped and see you guys next time.

Review of L'Occitane Dry Skin Hand Cream

The L’Occitane Dry Skin Hand Cream is a good product in general. It moistures the skin and give a smooth skin for an 1hour. It smells like baby powder and the smell isn’t over powering.
The cream is white and very thick. It’s so thick that I didn’t feel that my skin is absorbing it but after I wash my hand (30min after the application) my skin is really soft for a short period of time.
For the price, it’s a little expensive. For 30mL, it is 12$ CAN. Personally, you can find better hand creams for cheaper. For example, Aveeno or Nivea hand creams and your hands stay soft for a long period of time.
Overall, this product does the job. In a scale of 5, I will give a 2.5/5 because I didn’t like the smell and the feel of it during the application, the thickness of it and it is way too expensive for what I get. I hope this review help some of you and I wish you a great day.

Revlon Lip Butter Review

It’s been a while the Revlon Lip Butter has been in the market and a lot of people rave about this product. It is an amazing product if you love tinted lip balms. It is light, creamy and it hydrates your lips a little bit and gives a little tint to your lips.

For the packaging, it isn’t bad. The cover is clear on the top so you can easily see what color it is. It smells like a regular lipstick. Be careful if you live in a hot country because this product melts when the weather is too warm. It’s not that expensive. It is 7.99 +taxes at CVS and it’s a deal when you get buy one get one free. The color is buildable when you add more coats.

I suggest you to buy their darker color lip butters because they are less sheer. As you can see on the picture, you barely see anything with 1 coat.
Overall I will give this product a 4/5 because there are a lot of shades, very easy to apply, moisturize lightly and sheer so it is easy to wear it on a regular basis.

EOS Lipbalm Review

There’s a lip product that I’m really disappointed about and it is the eos lipbalm. I know it was release for a while now but better late than never.

According to the eos company: “eos lip balm is 95% organic, 100% natural, and paraben, petrolatum, phtalate and gluten free. Packed with antioxidant-rich vitamin E, soothing shea butter and jojoba oil, eos keeps your lips moist, soft and sensationally smooth. New smooth sphere precisely glides on to lips.“
The first time I heard about it I was so excited to get but for the wrong reasons. First of all, I thought it looked cute and it has a particular shape because it looks like an egg or a sphere. When it is new, it is really easy to apply but when you have used it a lot it is quite big for your lips and it goes everywhere. It does glide easily. The blue one has a mint smell and during the application there’s a tingly feeling. For the price, it is 6$ CAN at Chapters.
Does it hydrates the lips? The answer is no if you have very dry lips.

Nexxus Humectress Luxe Ultimate Hydrating Leave-In-Spray Review

There’s a product that I have been using for a month now and I love it. It is the Nexxus Humectress Luxe Ultimate Hydrating Leave-In-Spray. I do use it as a conditioner everyday.
The reasons why I love this product so much are it:
  • gives a shine
  • detangles
  • soften your hair and smooth it
  • smells good
  • doesn’t leave your hair greasy
The only negative thing I can say about it is it is a little pricey (~10$) but my hair looks healthy now so it is worth it.
I hope this review helped some of you who need a “hair boost” because it is damaged or are just looking for a new product.

Kiehl's Ultra Facial cream review

I have very sensitive skin and when I do any changes in my skincare routine it can flake, have some redness and way more. My secret weapon for dry sensitive skin is the Kiehl’s Ultra facial cream.

It is creamy as the name says and it hydrates the skin for the entire day. Usually creams can be heavy on the skin but this one is really light and it works like wonders. It is suppose to moisture your face for 24h.

There are no negative points about this product. If you wonder how much it cost, it is 32$ CAN for 50mL and 56$CAN for a jar of 125 mL. If you consider buying it I suggest you to purchase the 125mL because it works and it will be worth every penny.

I have been enjoying using this cream and will definitely try more of Kiehl’s skincare products. I hope you liked this review.
